Dark Chocolate Holiday Bark

Looking for a healthy yet delicious dessert to bring to a holiday party?  Our dark chocolate holiday bark is quick and easy!!  Filled with antioxidants, heart healthy fats and essential trace minerals, this deliciously rich treat is sure to be gratefully devoured.

Chocolate + sweet + salty = Heavenly Holiday Treat


  • 6 dark chocolate bars (70% cacao)
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • coconut shreds
  • dried cranberries
  • raisins
  • crushed almonds
  • sunflowers seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Dried blueberries 
  • Sea Salt


  • Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, add coconut oil and mix continuously. 
  • Line a cookie sheet or baking pan with parchment paper. 
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the pan and smooth with a spatula into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the crushed nuts, seeds, berries, coconut shreds & a little sea salt over the melted dark chocolate
  • Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until completely set.
  • Peel off parchment paper and break into pieces and you’ve got yourself one deliciously healthy treat!
