Liver Detox Smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

(we recommend using all organic of course 😉 )

-1 Beet, peeled, boiled and quartered (save the juice!)

-½ cup Dandelion Greens

-½ cup Kale

-1 Apple, cored and sliced

-½ cup Blueberries

-1 cup Almond Milk

-½ Lemon squeezed

-1tbsp Honey

-1tbsp Turmeric

-1tbsp Chia Seeds

-Filtered Water or the left over Beet Juice

DIRECTIONS

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy right away!
