Renew your body with this nutrient packed Spring Cleanse Juice!


Spring Cleanse Juice


(Use organic when possible)

  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 handful Parsley
  • 2 Swiss Chard Leaves
  • 2 handfuls of Dandelion Greens
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root


Don’t have a juicer? Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add water until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
