Vegan Eggnog

This vegan eggnog is the perfect healthy alternative to traditional eggnog, using delicious nutmilk and banana instead of eggs and cream.  

The same great holiday taste that will keep your guests going back for more, so be sure to make plenty!!  It has a wonderfully smooth, creamy feel with a rich mix of holiday spices!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups nutmilk (coconut milk, cashew milk or almond milk)
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 organic banana (peeled and chopped, can be frozen)
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½  tsp vanilla extract
  •  tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp organic honey
  • Cinnamon sticks to garnish

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top and add a cinnamon stick to the glass. Voilá!
